6/29/26 Update: Thank you for your interest in Tractor Fields Golf Club and the Tom Lehman-designed renovation project involving Timber Creek GC.

 My name is Kevin Unterreiner and I am the lead of the team working to bring this project and vision to life.

Here is a 6/28/26 update that includes a limited number of new equity Founders Club positions and an updated timeline that will allow for continuous play during the renovations. 



The initial feedback I received this Spring from early interested individuals was "Would like some equity stake" and "Would like to be able to play during the renovations" so the updated plan and timeline achieves both.

First, we’re offering a NEW “Founders Club” member equity position that includes 1.5% equity and 40 rounds annually for life for $50,000 each. No annual dues. No assessments. Protected against stock dilution. Transferable to family or re-sellable. Limited to 30 Founders Club positions and is the way to get the best long and short term benefits. Becoming a Founders Club member is a rare opportunity to be a shareholder of a high demand metro area public golf course with tremendous growth potential in an ideal geographic & demographic area.

Secondly, we’ve updated our renovation schedule to allow continuous golf play throughout the renovations. Under this plan, the course will remain open during the Tom Lehman-Dave Tentis planned renovations which will be completed in phases during the 2027 and 2028 seasons - allowing golfers to continue to play the course while the improvements are made. This means investing now will earn you immediate and continual golf benefits without us having to close the course during the normal golf seasons.

Our focus the next several weeks will be on securing the initial 30 Founders Club equity positions and hope to have you join us to be part of this next great story in Minnesota golf.

Due to their limited availability, each of the 30 Founders Club equity positions can be reserved with a $5,000 deposit on a First Come, First Served basis. An individual may purchase multiple Founder Club positions.
